Operating in 'Dega Excellence
It is truly an honor and a privilege to serve as the new President of the Atlanta Alumni Chapter of our beloved alma mater, Talladega College. As a proud member of the Class of 1995, I carry the legacy, excellence, and transformative experience of Talladega with me in both my personal and professional journey. To now lead within the alumni body
that helped shape so many of us is a responsibility I do not take lightly.
The Atlanta Chapter has a rich history of service, fellowship, and support for our institution, and I am excited to build upon that foundation as we move forward together— Operating in Dega Excellence.
During my administration, our leadership team
will remain focused on three core priorities:
IMembership Growth & Engagement – We are committed to expanding our chapter by welcoming new members, reconnecting with inactive alumni, and creating meaningful opportunities for fellowship, networking, and alumni pride.

Fundraising & Campus Impact – Our chapter will continue to support Talladega College through strategic fundraising initiatives that directly benefit students, scholarships, and campus needs. Our goal is not only to give back — but to make a measurable impact.
Operational Structure & Accountability – Excellence requires structure. We are implementing new processes, clear committee operations, and accountability to ensure our chapter functions effectively and sustainably for years to come.
If you reside in the Atlanta Metro area and have never joined the chapter — or if your membership has lapsed — I personally invite you to become an active member. This is your opportunity to reconnect, serve, and be part of the continued legacy of Talladega College.
Once your membership is active, I encourage you to engage by joining a committee and lending your time, talents, and expertise. Whether your strengths are in fundraising, events, communications, mentorship, or community service — there is a place for you here.
